Visas and relocation, done properly
Know exactly what your visa needs โ before you spend a naira on it
Toplance asks a few short questions in your own language, turns your answers into the exact document checklist for your destination, checks every file as you upload it, and stays with you through the decision and your first week after landing.
- No card needed to see your checklist
- Documents encrypted at rest and in transit
- English, Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo
The problem
The paperwork is not the hard part. Knowing which paperwork is.
An embassy page written for every applicant, not for you
One checklist built from your nationality, destination and purpose
An agent in a shop who will not tell you what they are charging for
A price you see before you commit to anything
A rejection three months later for a document nobody mentioned
Every document checked before a mission sees it
Fees paid again to reapply, and a refusal on your record
A named person who answers you, in your language
How it works
Steps 01โ02 are free
Four steps, and you can stop after the second
The conversation and the checklist cost nothing and are yours to keep. Everything after that is what you pay us for.
- Step 01Free
Talk, do not fill in forms
A short conversation in English, Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo โ typed or spoken. One question at a time, and any answer can be corrected later without starting again.
- Step 02Free
Get the checklist that is actually yours
Your nationality, your destination and your reason for travelling resolve to one specific document list โ not a generic embassy page you have to interpret yourself.
- Step 03Paid
Upload, and be told what is wrong early
Photograph a document with your phone. Each file is checked for the things that get applications rejected โ expiry, legibility, the wrong name order โ before a mission ever sees it.
- Step 04Paid
Submitted, tracked, and met on arrival
A named case handler owns your file, you can message a person at any point, and once you are approved the app becomes an arrival plan for your first weeks.
What you get
Built around the two things that actually go wrong
People submit the wrong documents, and then nobody tells them what is happening. Every item here closes one of those two gaps.
- An agent, not a 40-field form
- Intake is a conversation. It adapts to your answers, skips what does not apply to you, and every answer stays editable in place.
- A rules engine, not a static list
- Requirements are versioned rule sets per corridor. When a mission changes what it wants, everyone on that corridor sees the change โ with the date it took effect.
- A person actually looks
- Automatic checks catch the obvious problems. A Toplance reviewer confirms every document before submission. Verified means accepted for review โ never a promise of approval.
- One thread, one case handler
- No ticket numbers, no starting over with someone new. You can open a message to your handler at any point, not only when we message you first.
- The app does not stop at approval
- After the decision it becomes an arrival plan: what to carry, what to register for in your first week, and alerts timed to your own quiet hours.
- Privacy is a boundary, not a setting
- When an employer sponsors your seat they see your progress and whether you are stuck. They never see a passport, a bank statement or a police certificate.
For organisations
Sponsor the seat. See the progress. Never see the passport.
If you are relocating staff, you need to know who is on track and who is stuck โ and you should not be holding anyone's identity documents to find out. The organisation console gives you a roster, a completion score and a status per person, and nothing else.
- Buy seats in advance and invite people by email
- One roster with completion, status and destination per person
- Nudge someone who has stalled without calling them
- Consolidated invoicing and a named account contact
You see progress, never documents
Passports, bank statements and police certificates stay between the traveller and Toplance.
Where we work
4 live ยท more in build
Corridors, not countries
A corridor is one nationality travelling to one destination for one purpose. That is the unit a checklist is built from โ a Nigerian passport holder going to the UK for work needs a different file to a Ghanaian going to study.
Missing a corridor? Ask for it and it enters the build queue with the demand attached to it.
Proof
What we can prove, and what we cannot yet
Toplance is pre-launch. Rather than print numbers nobody has earned, the figures below stay blank until the client supplies them โ a blank is honest, an invented statistic is a liability.
